  Item is exactly as pictured and described. Shipping and delivery were swift. I am happy, though I have two small complaints: The tracking number was untrackable; the delivery came as a complete surprise, as from my end it looked the item had not yet been shipped. And second, the packaging was subpar. Only light packing paper was included apart from the plastic "blister bubble" the item was taped rather haphazardly into. Other than that, all is well.

  You will need to ask USPS about the tracking number. I sent three items out on the same day, and only one was trackable. It's not the first time this has occurred. I'm pleased you received it. I also felt the plastic bubble and the box size adequately protected the item. Take care, and thank you.
