Very descriptive of the africans who arrived in America against their will.
Honestly, I have not read it yet, but the principles that it, "The 1619 Project" addresses are so sound and profound that I am sure it will be a great kids version, when I read it.

Haven't Read Yet
EXCELLENT! Haven't read yet, but have watched author speak and be questioned on PBS TV about this book; was so impressed that I wanted a copy, for my reference, etc..

Presents much different perspectives and new information, not normally given in our history books, etc..
Watched on TV, Very educational, and wanted it for my library. But I haven't watched this copy dvd yet. Excellent content and presentation!
