Orotate
According to my physician, potassium orotate is the best potassium supplement to take if you need to use supplement. Since my potassium levels were low enough to warrant a supplement, I started taking this one and my levels are back to normal.

One of many probiotics
Align is just one of many probiotics. The only reason I take it is because my gastroenterologist suggested I do. It hasn't really done much for me but I will continue to take until I come across another where I can tell a difference.

Disappointed
Have been using the Gaviscon Advance but wanted to see if this one would help as much. It does not. Gaviscon Advance is superior and not much more $$.
