Very nice FP
I am fairly new to fountain pen use. Well, not totally. I used some in the 1960's; however, gave it up for the convenience of ball-point pens. In the last 8 months I have picked up writing with a fountain pen and I am actually enjoying it a lot! This pen is quite light. It is, nevertheless, a solid pen. Other than plastic and resin where needed, the body of the pen is aluminum. The grip is finely knurled and quite easy to hold. If you want you can post the cap at the end of the pen which I do.
The fine tip provided lays down a line that is a bit less fine than I like; however, it is certainly acceptable to be called fine. It came with a converter that's worked well for me.
I certainly can recommend this pen as an everyday pen. It looks good in my pocket that's for sure.

Very reasonable way to keep pens
I bought this to store my growling, er growing, (down stomach! Soon!) collection of fountain pens. I've got 10 at this time. All of them, from the cheapest to the most expensive fit quite well and when I zip it shut, they are well tucked in and protected in the case.
I am pleased to report that the stitching of the zipper and other seams looks to be excellent. I have not found any spots where the stitching looks subpar.
My only complaint, and for me it's pretty small, is the case's strong leather smell. It is very noticeable, though not at all overwhelming.
There are more expensive, likely higher quality and usable pen cases. This case, however, is suitable for all but the most picky needs.

A knock-off but quite good for the price
Personally I much prefer the Lamy Safari pens that this knock-off. However, this is a really good pen at this price. Works well enough for everyday use and you won't get terribly upset if it is purloined.
