OK for Medium dogs
as a 50+ year dog rescue veteran,we have come across some tough, big dog nails, esp.German Shep,Rottweilers and Coon Hounds.Dogs over 100lbs? not a great value or great cutting.Looks nice, but that is where the utilitarian feature bows out.Too big for small dogs, please. You will hurt them!
OK for medium dogs:beagles,pitties,retrievers,spaniels etc.

4 paws up for compassion!
Our society is rapidly engrossed in consumer capitalism. Our values for care and compassion have exponentially declined. The USA is nothing more than a toss-a-way pit.Especially when it comes to our animals.Just dump them to be gassed/killed at the convenient toss bins at the pounds.Thinking-or not caring-99% pound dogs are killed or exported to China and overseas for MEAT and FUR.As a society,we need to hang our heads in shame. This book reveals the sentient side of dogs and what care can do for both animal and the human soul.It should be required high school/jr high reading, followed by a discussion group on morals and philosophy. In addition, our learning standards are swooping lower and lower. The poor educators are expected to be baby sitters also.In short, maybe if the illiterates of our USA educational system took time to read,we would have a better society, not scathing in ignorance and greed. We pander to the corrupt politicians and the greed of the political system.Try a little compassion and kindness in your life.Read the book,if you know how to read.It is only 6-8th grade level.Hmmm...maybe that is post graduate college in today's ignorance.

Language of Literature
Excellent for the educator or a student.Well written.Quick read.Worth it to own if your particular requirements would utilize a book of this category.
