Poor quality product with a flawed design
The plunger is not heavy enough to form a seal so after flushing water runs *under* the seal (pushing it up) into the bowl until you manually push it down or turn off the water supply. I was sent a replacement unit but the replacement unit has the exact same fault and has already got stuck several times (wasting lots of water). The only way to make this work is to attach a small weight to the plunger so it's heavy enough to form an initial seal. Once it has formed even a light seal the weight of the water ensures it stays in place so the cistern can refill normally.
The handle connector (inside cistern) is very bulky and the lid no longer sits flat with this fitted. Perhaps on other cisterns this isn't a problem.
Additionally it seems impossible to stop the handle connector (inside the cistern) rotating when you flush the loo meaning it often ends up vertical or a the wrong angle. Even gluing this in place didn't last long - it should have some kind of high friction washer rather than hard plastic which doesn't grip glazed enamel. If you try and tighten it too much (eg with plyers) it starts to strip the thread. The handle by the way, is cheap coloured plastic - not chrome as it appears in the pictures.
Overall, this is a poorly designed product which give no end of frustration for three unrelated reasons. The product was low cost and this is reflected in the fact it's low quality and doesn't work. It could be made to work much better with a few simple design changes.

2 of 2 found this helpful Having tried several devices, I have found the TomTom series to be by far the best and easiest to use. This particular model features the text to speech engine which means it can read aloud road names rather than simply playing a few fixed recordings. This means the voice instructions are more accurate and you need to look at the screen less often. I find this device is very easy to use and has all the features I could possibly want, including things like MP3 playback, auto-screen dimming when dark and even the ability for the device to act as bluetooth hands free kit with it's built-in microphone.
On the negative side, it does occasionally crash, so it's handy to keep a paper clip in the car in case you need to press the reset button. However this is infrequent and doesn't happen often if you install the latest version of the software on the device.

Poor quality wiper.
Poor quality wiper. One side is fine, but the other side leaves a hazy streak across your field of view which is difficult to see through.
