Ice Cubes that Last ALL DAY or ALL NIGHT !!!
1 of 1 found this helpful Nice BIG ice cubes....last all day long in my Ozark mug. Easy to remove from silicone tray....so much easier than adding 7 to 10 ice cubes !! I bought 2 and will order 2 nire !

It works, no doubt about it !!
The ONLY thing on the market that actually KILLS fleas and ticks and
continues to work for up to 8 Months! PURRRFECT !!

Great ideas but..........
I could hardly WAIT for this book to get here and it does have some great recipes. There is something missing!!!! I rated it 4 stars because it LACKS the calorie count. It has all the numbers needed for Keto...High Fat- Low Carb...and the numbers are all good....but WHY no calorie count??? No matter which way you are eating.....calories DO still matter....so to me they are important! I still love the book!
