Less expensive, doesn't mess with food flavors
2 of 2 found this helpful Pea protein is just as good a whey protein but less expensive. If you are trying to lose weight, whey will get you there a little faster, but I am more interested in having protein I can add to meals I make at less cost. It's a little gritty, so think about what you want to put it in. Experiment with small amounts. It's impossible to find unflavored protein in my area, so I need the pure stuff since chocolate squash does not appeal to me. You need a blender of course, but then it mixes into smoothies and so on just fine.

First Division Band Method B flate clarinet F Weber
I played clarinet in high-school and I want to join the civic symphony in my town. It has been a long time since I played, so I needed to review. I bought the whole series, so this review reflects completion of the entire course. First Division Band is self-teaching if you already have some background, or can consult with a friend or teacher who plays. I have found all the help I need on youtube. The difficulty level is appropriate for progress if you set yourself a regular practice schedule, and when you complete the course, you will have enough music theory to satisfy the average conductor for civic sympony or college level band. One would need to purchase additional music to put together an audition, but the course will prepare you to play intermediate (and advanced high school level) pieces.
