Exactly what I wanted and needed
Nice quality, exactly the size I wanted, couldn't find this small size locally. I'm actually using them to place nasty tasting 1/4 pills inside, so I can get them into my cat, and they are working perfectly! Thanks much!

Giving me new insight
I'm reading it right now and it's making me examine my behavior. I've become aware of how I force my American task orientation on our Nicaraguan partners, also I jump in and take charge of meetings because I think it's the best way to be efficient. But I don't allow them their own agency. Our money and power gives me a control position I shouldn't so readily embrace. So I'm reevaluating how we interact.
