HP want your Ink business as well
1 of 1 found this helpful This came without ink and for initial set up you need to enrol in HP Instant ink. It took a week to get it and you need also to be on web. A complete pain and certainly not within the remit of the amateur or elderly. You can eventually opt out of HP Instant ink and then get cheaper compatible ink. HP Instant ink sounds like a good deal but I question whether 10 pages per month @ £1.99 and 20 pages per month @ £3.49 is value for money. I had to get a professional in to set it up for me at extra cost. There are other choices of printer obviously like Canon and on reflection I wish I had gone for one of those. Sorry HP but it was extremely difficult.
