OK...But not all that.
The book was OK just common sense things 95% of what was in the book I already knew. To me it was not worth the money unless you clock back your watch about 40 years and then in the book would give you some helpful information....not worth the money at all.

Very poor quality control
The can I received leaked very bad and for the cost I would not recommend. I my have got a bad one, but it was a waste of money.
