The Mayoral PENGUIN .(Danny DeVito) is SUPERB.
It is very hard to find the human’s likes action figures especially...the movies’s SUPERSTAR,
Like “Danny DeVito”,especially in the role of the Penguin in the greatest movie’s BATMAN,
There are no other company do this CHARACTER but the NECA,Now,It’s very rare to find and it’s price is up and up,the NECA 1/4 Mayoral PENGUIN it’s self is “AWESOME” and “REALISTIC” plus the things that may needs to use or even change just like the hat,eyes’s glasses,cigarettes.overclothes or pants,it is worth to have ITS into the collection.
