Good product, horrible packaging
This would be a 5-star review except for one thing. This trimmer does exactly what's needed: It gives me a close beard trim powerfully without snagging or pulling, and without forcing me to wade through 20 attachments of various sizes and shapes that are hard to figure out. It's compact and simple.
Here's why it doesn't get five stars from me: The product came wrapped (I should say "entombed") in a hard plastic package that defied opening without resort to scissors and a knife. It took two people five minutes just to get this simple product out of its package, and even though we were doing our best to be careful, my spouse suffered a cut finger from sharp edges of the plastic. I can't see the slightest excuse for this packaging.
So go ahead and buy the product. But don't expect to quickly and easily rescue it from its packaging.
