  This seller is a true gentleman! He was willing to take back the item and give me full refund. Luckily my helper is more tech savvy with radio antennas and figured what the problem was! I would buy from this seller again as he was very honest with me on the product and would have refunded me 50 percent. I cancelled the return, I am also honest! :)
