This is indeed a fisheye lens… looks very goofy in the BEST way possible. It can be difficult to turn the focus/aperture rings because they take up most of the sides of the lens. But otherwise great!

Awesome lens! Generates almost identical image quality to my Tamron 17-70mm f2.8 (and surprisingly lighter, too). Even though it’s variable aperture (4.5 to 6.3) it works great for outdoors and wildlife shooting. It zooms in a TON. Works great on my ZV-E10.

Perfect for video creators, seasoned or not
It’s quite hard to go wrong with this camera. It produces AMAZING quality images (especially with a lens with great aperture) that you can make anything cinematic with. It is super small, inconspicuous, and lightweight, yet holds so much power. It even has Picture Profiles, such as S-log2, S-log3 and HLG3, making color grading that much easier (it’s recommended to use HLG3 because of the 8-bit sensor). The flip-out screen is ultra-convenient when you don’t have an external monitor. There are only a couple gripes I have for this price point: - Rolling shutter is very visible when moving quickly - Active Stabilization makes image somewhat blurry (though you can disable it; I use a gimbal anyways) - Burns through batteries in less than an hour (at 4K 24fps) Other than those factors, brilliant camera! I’m very happy with my purchase, Sony :)
