Tasty and good value - no bloating as with Whey protein

Slightly raises the Creatine level in my blood samples which sets off liver flags for my doctor

Solid in all respects!
Solid eBike at good price. Bike is big and heavy which should be expected. Suggest getting suspension front fork and suspension seat post for added comfort if going on long rides. This bike is stiff!
