Used and opened
Sent it to me with a clipboard on the top, seal was opened and the plastic cover was not included as well.
The package arrived very wet, leaving the mop dried up. Why are you even Iisting it here?

Good quality product
Do not let the battery drain out, my previous pro’s ring button dies because we didn’t keep it plugged in.
