Over priced and cheaply made
1st, this is a drop shipper in China using a US address. All communication was through an auto-responder. It took 13 messages before I was given the opportunity to return the order.
2nd, the rack itself was very poorly manufactured. The holes for the lock pins were not drilled so the pins could fit properly and the rack’s arms were cut uneven and could be snapped together.
I googled the return address and it’s not a legit address... several drop shipping companies use this address and many people have made posts about packages not being delivered for returns.
