Works Extremely Well
1 of 1 found this helpful We use it in the bathroom and has it running almost 24/7. It is on the counter. When we take a shower, normally there is "fog" on the mirrors, even with the exhaust fan running, but with this running, there is no "fog". It work extremely well and is easy to empty the collected water.

Works Great
First time using sheets vs powder. Should have followed the instruction on the package vs youtube. Package instructions say to "bloom" in the liquid you want to gel vs soaking in water and squeezing excess water out before using in the liquid to be gelled. I used the water method and the sheet "bloomed" a little to much. I still was able to get most of it from the water and it did gel the panna cotta that I made. Works great and arrived within a week of ordering.
