    I've been taking this vitamin on my ophalmologist's recommendation since I had my cataracts removed five years ago. I can't speak to its efficacy (one never seems to know what benefits vitamin supplements offer and can just hope that they're doing their job), but can say that my annual examinations since then have all been 100%. I'm doing something right so will keep on taking Ocuvite forever.
