Well made and reliable

This is the typical Plantronics device - well made and works every time I use it. Very practical design, and set up is possible with any phone system. I own 2 of these for my personal office, and use these at another office.

Canon software is broken

This device uses channels A, B, and C in the Canon TTL logic. But the Canon channel B is not programmed correctly by Canon. This means any flash set on that channel will overexpose by two stops or so. This renders this device useless, since you can’t counteract Canon’s disaster with their programming. Sorry ... but this is straight from tech support at Quantum.
