Compact unit does what you need.
Good unit but as with all of these types of water heater, the incoming water temperature greatly influences the output. The electronic control of the water temperature can causes some types of lights to flick as the heater element is rapidly switched on and off to maintain a set temperature. Strangely, this occurs even with the temperature control set to maximum? Was very easy to fit using 6.0mm2 cable and flexy pipe connectors.

Mini air conditioner
Fabulous little machine, easy to use controls and useful current room temperature displayed whilst unit is running. Low power consumption.

Recommended Air Conditioner.
Powerful little unit with lovely little remote control. Not the quietest but by no means intrusive. Easy to use controls, would buy again.
