Not genuine, but okay.
It's not genuine replacement. The original part had two engagement tabs between the flywheel and the starter, which provided better connection.
It's working okay, so far.

Better buy directly from dealer
I had to replace it shortly after I installed (~ 3 months) with a dealer-bought PCV because it was not working.
Price at the dealership was not that much higher.
