Bait and Switch NOT 48" they are around 46" wide.

I thought I got a great deal until I measured these shelves, they are 2" narrower than description. The quality is very poor the holes supporting shelves are half the size as standard metal shelving the weight is 1/2 of the standard shelf. I unfortunately bought 3 and it's hard to return. You get what you pay for, very unhappy.
