Works great.. Had to adjust the default speakers in sound panel after plugging the secondary monitor in.. Especially since second monitor has no sound feature.. Default to your speakers and extend secondary monitor.. Works great..

Not the right caliber for cabbage.
Well it was time for a new odor scrubber. My crop was getting to be strong smelling. I replaced a carbon scrubber wth this brand new unit and it was stronger than the old unit. Very disappointed. I don't want the hassle of sending it back so I use ìt in my new double filter setup! No odor now. Advice..look for a better unit. This one stinks.. Two thumbs down.

JVC GZ-MG37U...energizer rabbit
the JVC GZ-MG37U is great. did my research and bought it online. did upgrade to the 340 minute battery. that and using the second best setting, lets you record for 14+ hours (fine). as I glance around the room at my nieces recital watching parents clunk around with cameras more than half its size, then getting elbowed in the ribs by their wives to hurry up and change the tape. I just keep shooting and shooting... gosh my arm is starting to hurt. this is a great camera. like the other reviews say low lite shooting leaves much to be desired, but does have a led light if thats the route you wanna go down. also offers jvcs nite alive feature I think they call it. which in fact brings the night alive, BUT you better think about using a tripod because your unsteady hand causes a bit of a strobie effect. all this shouldn't matter much because all and all the video is great quality in good to below average light, its only when it gets really dark that it makes a difference. other than that sit back and keep shooting because in you palm (this thing is about 4"l) you are holding 30 gigs of recording power which in turn is super easy to transfer to your pc / mac / dvd burner/ vcr. transfer to the computer through a usb port can you say "you tube"? hehe.. anyways.. this will capture many memories along the way. do your research before you buy anything and you won't be disappointed. don't be the guy in the crowd with the huge camera everyone is saying "LOOK theres a guy with a camera" be the guy in the crowd where people realize "oh my gosh, theres a guy with a camera"
