Handy and compact but poor WD support

This refurbished hard drive was like new except no instruction manual was included. The USB plug in is so much more convenient than the IOMEGA that it replaced. I am disappointed in WD support who don't seem to reply to questions sent regarding proper use. I had to figure out for myself that to avoid receiving error messages while plugged in to my IMAC you must unplug every time you shut down or put to sleep your computer.
