Felt smooth
Didn't dry out the skin like I would have expected, but didn't really pick up much dirt like it was supposed to after washing my face. I was alittle disappointed.

Best 2 Minute Dry Top Coat I've Found!
1 of 1 found this helpful I love this stuff! My nails are dry hard to the touch within 2 minutes and I never mess up my nails after I paint them anymore. There's no shrinkage either like there is with other fast drying top coats. It's just great stuff! My manicure lasts a long time too!

BEAUTIFUL and GLAM!
