Didn't fit my T5, but maybe more missing than kit makers expected?

Speakers too deep for a T5 door, don't fit the door adaptors and foul the window, so they come with a "T5 Adaptor kit" of two plastic rings. No instructions, but I tried everything and they don't fit the existing mounts so I drilled them off (riveted in place) and fitted the rings directly to the door. For all I know, there were parts missing from previous attempts to replace the speakers. What was there were rusty aftermarket somethings held in place by foam blocks and domestic woodscrews. The adaptors are just a little bit too small for the hole, so I had to drill new holes in the door AND the adaptors. Once glued and screwed, the speakers fitted and I got the doors back together. Speakers sound OK, though. A lot better than what was there, anyway.
