1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased this product with the hopes of loosing a few pound and I have done just that in a 3 weeks time. I stated out weighing 161 lbs now I am down to 158.4. I feel better, my sister in law. Told me yesterday 5/3/2016 that she could tell that I have lost weight. I just mix the powder with juice and let it dissolve and drink it. It doesn't have a bad taste to it at all. The best thing is, it has no side effects. I give it excellent results. 5 stars will be ordering again. My goal wt is 150 lbs only 8 more to go.
