Used it once, belt broke.
Man, I'm not even joking when I say this broke the very first time I used it. I'm so sad. My brother assembled it for me. Got it all loaded up with water and cleaning solution. I got through most of the hallway and it started making this horrible screeching noise. I turned it off and sure enough there was smoke coming out... the belt. I call Hoover's customer service AND THE BELT FOR THIS MODEL IS ON BACK ORDER UNTIL WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. Now I have to go through the process of returning somehow.
