Not as good as her migraine book

It is an ok herbal book, but very little detail is given and very weak in my opinion. I really like the same author Herbs For Migraines book, but this one was a dissapointment. If you know nothing about herbs, and can get it cheap, then maybe.

Very useful book, no fluff at all

Just clear directions of how to use dozen or so common herbs from Europe, and I think all of them grow in US as well. information is set by the health problem, and also has each herb picture and description.
