Old fashioned fun!
Didn't like the Korean characters at the bottom of the screen. It was annoying. Love the movie!

The title makes it plain what the book contains
It helps to have other ideas about recipes for this diet.

The title sort of makes it sound like it's only for women who are mothers, when the diet can be used for anyone.
Finally a book that explains the whys and hows of blood sugar swings and how to control them. I have been looking for this kind of help most of my life - 69 years. Thank you!
