  very quick shipping, grear packaging. very clean used laptop. better than described. The only thing I would do differently is look at the store better, they have a faster version for a few $ more. my fault but happy for what i will use this for. no issue with the seller canceling the sale as I seen in the reviews, i would by from them again.

  Seller cancelled my order without contacting me first, claimed it was cancelled based on buyer request, and messaged me to say the item was damaged while packaging and couldn't be sold. Hours later they reposted it (same serial number) with a much higher price. When I messaged them to ask why they removed that listing, then almost a month later they posted it again (same serial number) at a higher price still listed as pre-owned (not refurbished/repaired). Dishonest seller in every way.

Llegó en tiempo récord, por ser México existe pago de impuestos adicionales, pero no importa, lo vale. Estoy muy contento con el producto y el vendedor.   The item did not arrive as described. It was sold as flawless, fully functional and fully tested. It arrived with a non-functioning button, compromising its usability. In any case, given the intercontinental distance, the company independently acted diligently by issuing a full refund of the item and international expenses. I am sorry to have received the item partially non-functioning but, I am happy to have found a serious company.
