    The Iron was coated in dirt and had food stuck to the faceplate, however it was boxed nicely and received without damage. I was able to clean the Iron thoroughly. Postage was excessive, I frequently bring items to our post office just to see how much 1st class Postage was for an item. In this case i was charged twice thee amount. I did let the seller know. The picture shown was a stock photo obviously not the Iron I purchased.
