  ‼️BAD BUYER. He demanded a partial refund, we instead offered a full refund/return, then he left a negative review. The item was as described. He was upset about a small scratch, yet it said in the description “minor scratching”, we also provided photos of the screen. If the scratch was bad, why not return it? He just wanted extra money. The buyer demanded money from us, and when we didn’t give him what he wanted, he tried to punish us with a bad review. Sellers, be aware of buyers like this.
