Curious about nature.
5 of 5 found this helpful I bought this movie to watch with my 11 year old son. I wanted him to see an informed, scientific side of the creation/evolution debate that is not usually presented in our public schools.
I thought this was well done and easy to understand. I would buy others from this series as well.
Someone had recommended this to me and I am glad they did.

Like sleeping in a cloud
Eddie Bauer has been a good brand for many years. But as with many companies, sometimes "things aren't made like they used to be." I decided to take a chance on these flannel sheets.
I love all things fish, so the pattern is very cute. The pattern is a very dark green. The background is snow white on these.
Nice, thick, sturdy sheets. I washed them up and of course, there was tons of lint that comes off when you first wash them. There usually is with flannel.
I keep my room cold at night, so even though it is the middle of summer here, I put them on and slept like a baby. I did not want to get up.
I am very very happy with these.

A real tear jerker
I have been a fan of Melody Beattie for years, but just recently learned that she had lost a son.
And when I found out that she had written about it, I felt compelled to read or in this case listen to it. It is read by her, which makes it even more poignant.
I have a son the same age as her son when he died, so this did affect me deeply. I can not imagine the pain and hell that she and her daughter had to endure.
She addresses the fact that her writing pretty much dried up (this way her first book since the accident, two years prior), which was interesting too.
She comes back with this honest, gut wrenching account of how she fights her way back to the land of the living, not bitter, but better.
