  The cluster was programmed and everything was fine, the only thing you should be aware of is you have to pay again to ship it to them. I paid i believe 30 to ship it from cali to florida and it took almost a week. that was the longest part of the process but once they had it they shipped it back within the same day. They are very quick and they packaged it with carefully overall a positive experience

  I chose their most expensive cluster programming service just because they are located so close to me and the listing stated 1-2 days turnaround. They were communicating nice in the beginning but after receiving my cluster they keep silence. They received it on Tuesday at 11-30am, today is Friday and there is no reply to my ebay messages, no updates. Did I loose my cluster? I think I screwed up :(
