Contacted company immediately and they stated I ordered the single ball, despite all the notifications I received from them stating I would and have received the three ball receiver and sending them snapshots of my proof of what I was saying. They then offered to refund me 50% of my purchase, but I would then have to go back and reorder the three ball receiver and pay its cost. Not very happy.
