Battery will not charge

I bought these batteries to use on my tools at work. They worked great for a while but now they're not even a month old and one battery won't charge. I'm also very sceptical of it being a true 6.0ah battery because of the size and the time they last. Still a good deal but I would like to have this battery that won't charge replaced cause I've had problems with it since day 1.

overall decent product just wish live listen worked

product showed up in a brand new apple box still sealed in the plastic. They work good and sound fine. The only 2 thing i did notice is my live listen does not work and neither does siri with these connected also the little touch buttons only work when they want to but i dont really use that feature.
