Martha Wash Collection
I like her voice and wanted to have the collection. While some of the songs have been overplayed, it's still good to have.

Roller Skate Bearings
I've been putting this in my roller skate bearings for a very long time. I skate outside all the time in Central Park and on the road and with Tri-Flo the amount of grit the bearings pick up is minimal. It lasts in the bearings for about 1 1/2 monts of skating maybe 3 times a week. I can tell when I need more. Smoooooth! I used to use grease in the hot summer and bearing oil in the cooler months. The oil was ok but $$$. As for grease, if it's not 90 degrees out I'd have to wait for the grease to soften to get a smooth roll. Grease picks up every minute bit. Tri Flo is the best. I thought it was silicone. Teflon?

Elements of Live - Little Louie Vega
1 of 1 found this helpful I was actually looking for a song by Shaun Escoffery which turned out to be called "Days Like This". He sings, "I love the sunshine..." I am a Central Park Dance Skater. I asked a couple of people what that "sunshine" song was. They steered me to one of Lil Louie Vega's guys. He told me to call the office and get the 12". Well it seems he was wrong. They had no 12"s. I was singing on the phone, the sunshine song. I was told, yes, it's on ELEMENTS OF LIFE. When I got the cd, I realized that it wasnt' the song at all but it seems like it is the same song in some way. Anyway, the songs are fabulous. I also ended up buying remixes on vinyl. Great dance samba stuff, etc. Shaun Escoffery DJ Spinna "Days Like This" is fabulous too.
