    Item was sold as "New" which is defined by EBay as "brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging". The package received had been opened and then taped closed. The contents were in original plastic packaging.

    Sorry, I did open one or two of the boxes to take photos for the ebay posting and one because the metal brackets had come loose and needed to resecured before shipping. As you stated, everything was new and in original packaging. Not worthy the negative feedback you have provided.
