What's not to like?
Very happy with this tablet. Wireless connectivity is good & pen & tablet action is smooth with no noticeable
lag. The 8 buttons are conveniently located & the tablet setting app can configure tablet orientation to
have the buttons left, right, or top. All buttons are easily set with the app to any shortcut combination of keys you
can imagine. The 7 inch size feels perfect for me. I think a larger tablet would feel uncomfortable with to
much arm movement necessary to navigate the entire screen.

Part looks good & worked perfectly in replacement of channel switching I.C. in Marshal JCM800.

Akai EIE Pro excellent sound & features working flawlessly for me
1 of 1 found this helpful The Akai EIE Pro is a fantastic interface if it works for you & it works flawlessly for me. Most all of the negative reviews on this product or from people having difficulty getting it to work on the latest Mac OS or Win 8 or USB 3. due to driver problems (or possibly user config problems). Very few reports of problems with Win 7 & most if not all of them solvable with proper OS configuration. I'm on Win 7 64bit & on a Lenovo laptop Intel I3 processor & when I 1st hooked this thing up it could not record or playback without severe pops & glitches in Samplitude or Reaper. All I had to do to solve it was disable the laptops internal sound card in the control panel "sound" settings as evidently the drivers were conflicting with each other. Very simple few clicks of the mouse. It has since worked flawlessly recording 4 tracks simultaneously at 24/96 & with flawless simultaneous playback/record. The sound quality is excellent. The preamps are very clean & low noise. Pretty much what goes in is what comes out. Definitely professional production quality. 2 of the things that really attracted me to this is the post preamp inserts on all 4 channels & the line/instrumen/mic input select for all 4 channels. I've not seen any other product in this range with that unique & useful feature set. The inserts will be handy for inserting limiters to prevent clipping the A/D converters especially when recording drums or any performances really. It sucks when an otherwise perfectly good take is ruined by the nasty sound of A/D converters hitting a brick wall. Look around & there are some insane bargain prices surfacing on these things. I grabbed mine brand new un-opened for $99...!!! There is nothing on the market selling at twice to thrice that price I would trade it for. Love it's form factor & foot print also.
