Great and comfy
These are very comfortable shoes!

Great workout!!! (awkward menus)
It took a while to set up the first time you use it and the targets to get to a workout are a little awkward to hit when you want to work out...making you go through multiple menus to get there. The workout themselves are great, good variety, you do not do anyone thing for very long, so on a 30 minute workout - you have 25 activities....and you get water breaks.
