Good quality, poor support, strange wiring

You cannot beat the quality. I bought direct from Auer (uses another name on eBay). If it was quality alone it would be more than 5 stars. Problems: 1. A request for install info using eBay messaging got a reply to ask directly at AUER. Those were totally ignored!! 2. The install instructions are made to look like Toyota sheets. Far from it. There are better ways. 3. Using fog lights with THEIR install violates state law. 4. DRL do not turn off when headlights come on. 5. Fog light icon does NOT show on switch when headlights are in Auto mode. The good stuff: perfect fit into bumber Glass lenses, so no yellowing or sand blasting. MORE than enough cable for all install points. Information that would be nice to have: What each colored wire does/is hooking up to. Alternate install points. RESPONSE to tech question emails. It's not like it would tie someone up on the phone! These came with H11 bulbs. Since I didn't want "cutesy" lights to run around with on all the time, I bought yellow H11s. (Forget Auer and some others at $79. That's crazy.) If you want always on white lights, switch to some cheap LED H11s! Low power draw, low heat.

Not like the original

The original is shaped, one-piece. This is stitched to the shape so I don't know yet how it will fit. Actually, it's a little classier, except for the white stitching on the gray. I have yet to try to fit it, but I am guessing it will be a hair dryer/heatgun thing.
