You on a Diet is for EVERYONE
0 of 1 found this helpful This is really helping me to understand how my body works for and against me! I found the cartoons distracting & sometimes confusing, but I highly recommend the book. It should be used to teach kids in junior high before 'dieting problems' get a grip and out of hand!

Loved being able to share these great books with my granddaughter!
I bought these for my granddaughter for Christmas so she can enjoy them as much as I did when I was her age!
