  SCAM. If unit was "bench tested" he would have seen unit is defective. I've been using, programming and installing Motorola radios for 50 years. Packed the used roll of tape with other garbage in box shows the kind of seller Oldham66 really is. Sells broken items with no way to contact him.

  I have received NO communication from buyer indicating any problem. If I was made aware of an issue it would have been corrected. I would gladly accept a return or offer a full refund. Evidently his 50 year experience was deficient in social skills...a good example of what is wrong in society.
