Very happy with this fryer. Stove top and in the oven!
1 of 1 found this helpful The handle stays cool when on the stove top. Lid has a very good fit. This size pan is great for starting something on the stove top. Then going right into the oven. Heats evenly and retains heat. I clean it wile the pan is still hot. Easy to clean that way. Deglazing is a breeze. Getting rid of all my non stick and investing in quality.

0 of 2 found this helpful At a complete loss of words to just how ridiculous this book is. I'm guessing the only people who have become rich and powerful are the ones who wrote and published this. Don't waist your money or your time. This is one more in a huge pile of "control your destiny" books. If they actually worked millions of people would be achieving their dreams each year. Not happening. Never has. A box of crayons and a coloring book would give you better results than anything you could find in this publication.
