Good for overactive cortisol
2 of 2 found this helpful At night, melatonin produced by your body puts you to sleep. Cortisol production wakes you up in the morning. When cortisol is overactive due to stress, it keeps you up late, or wakes you up in the middle of the night. This herbal treatment is very effective in reducing that problem. Much better for you than any prescription or over the counter sleeping preparation.
As for the value question, I can't say yes or no. It seems expensive but is a unique product.
