Left on the doorstep, behind the large left hand planter. A hand had been inside the package and caught the plastic and item on it's way out. I have photos if you require. This is very upsetting. I don't want dirty hands ferreting in my paid for, carefully selected gift for a friend. Unacceptable. Please contact me to discuss if you wish to and for the photos to be sent to you.
