Delightful
I just got the book today, and I'm already enjoying it a ton! This book is a great way to think outside of the box, detox from stress, and broaden your creative horizons! I'm most likely going to purchase the other books from this author as well!

Would recommend
Ever since I've taken these, I've noticed a huge drop in my general anxiety and a huge increase in my ability to cope with stress! Definitely worth the price :)
